Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping:
Whenever possible, we ship via Sendle, a third party shipping company dedicated to offsetting the ecological effect of their shipping for a better environmental future. We have a flat rate, tiered shipping policy based on the size and weight of your package. You will be given the least expensive tier for your package whenever possible. You may choose other forms of shipment at checkout if you wish, at the calculated price for your order.
Standard orders have a 2-3 business day processing time. Made to order items require an additional 5 business days processing to allow time for your order to me made. For custom orders, we require an additional 4-6 weeks of processing time to ensure there is adequate time for us to make, inspect, and package your custom order for delivery.
Domestic orders over a $50 value qualify for free shipping. The $50 minimum order is the cost of your order after all discounts and sales are applied.
International Shipping:
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, Ireland and the United Kingdom. If you are from another country, please contact us at info@creationundefined.com about having an order shipped to you.
Due to shipping restrictions, we cannot ship to the following countries:
Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Russia, South Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen

Customers are responsible to pay all shipping and customs fees as well as any and all taxes, tariffs, and fees related to the purchase of your product. Shipping will be charged at checkout, but it is the sole responsibility of the customer to understand tax and fee liabilities. Creation Undefined LLC will not be liable for any additional fees due upon receipt of your item.

Please note that the shipping time accounts for the time your package is in the mail. Processing time is the time before your package ships. Both timelines will need to be taken into account for when your order will arive.
Circumstances outside of our control may cause delays in your shipping, and you agree not to hold us responsible for delays caused by weather, disasters, political unrest, or any other delay of postage due to the mail system.
